Today I am loving myself more, not accepting the offer of relationships that do not measure up to what I would like in my life for the future.  So today is a bit of a heart break day!

I now fill my life with friends who are there for me, assisting me with my growth, offering love and support as I support and love them.  I now have friends in my life who want to be with me, are not scared of opening themselves to love more, and are wanting to spend time with me to get to know me on deeper and deeper levels.

I am surrounded by native trees at the moment, right up to the windows and doors around the house I am staying in - there is Manuka, Pittosporum, Patete, Pohutukawa, Flax, they are all good with assisting to grow, heal and love again.

I am ready to move into a new relationship with myself and starting this morning with looking myself in the eyes and saying "I love you, exactly as you are" and feeling the love well up inside was a fantastic beginning for me.  This has brought up the aching feeling of being alone to be looked at in the light of day and to be loved and released in order that I might enjoy this time on my own, that I might begin to unconditionally love myself even more than I did yesterday, that I might allow the love that spirit, angels, ascended masters and all those in spirit working with me bring to me. 

I give thanks from the deepest part of my heart for the assistance of those to help me with my greiving at this time.
